How it works: You start by checking off the spirits, vermouths, bitters, and mixers currently stocked in your home inventory ("My Bar"). The app's local relational engine instantly evaluates your bottles against a curated catalog of master classic cocktails and community recipes. Because real mixology relies on culinary hierarchy (a recipe requiring generic Whiskey is satisfied if you own Bourbon, but a drink specifically demanding Bourbon cannot automatically be made with Irish Whiskey), the app traverses an asymmetrical substitution graph to calculate drinks you can make immediately or with just a single missing ingredient.
Maximize your bar and remix recipes: The proprietary "Maximize My Bar" recommendation engine scans the cocktail database to pinpoint the single next bottle that will mathematically unlock the greatest number of new drinks. When inspiration strikes, the built-in recipe forking engine lets you remix any classic by adjusting ratios, swapping spirits, and toggling metric (ml) or imperial (oz) measurements, then publish your creations to the community feed with tiered mixologist badges.
Offline-first performance: Engineered with an offline-first architecture, your bar inventory and recipe catalog remain lightning fast without relying on continuous network requests. When online, the app seamlessly reconciles with Cloud Firestore, featuring automated multi-language translation and community moderation.
