This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Pablo Garcia Aldehuela (including, but not limited to, Parking Reminder, Quote Community, Adventourism, and Cocktail App). Because our portfolio includes a variety of apps, the data we collect depends entirely on which app you are using.
2. Types of Applications & Data Collection
We generally categorize our apps into two types regarding data collection:
A. Local-Only Apps (e.g., Parking Reminder)
These apps are designed to work without creating an account. Any sensitive data required for the app to function (such as GPS coordinates for saving your parking spot) is stored strictly locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties by us.
B. Cloud & Community Apps (e.g., Quote Community, Adventourism)
These apps require user accounts and interact with a central database to provide community features. For these apps, we may collect:
- Authentication Data: Email addresses, or third-party login tokens (Google, Apple) used to create and secure your account.
- Profile Data: Usernames and public profile information.
- User-Generated Content: Text, quotes, comments, votes, and images that you explicitly submit to the platform. This content may be displayed publicly to other users of the app.
- Crash Logs & Diagnostics: We collect crash reports and device model information via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose bugs and improve app stability.
- Device Identifiers: We collect device tokens via Firebase Cloud Messaging exclusively to route push notifications to your device.
- Location Data: Certain apps may request location data (e.g., via Play Services Location) for mapping features (via Mapbox) or to save locations locally. This data is not used for tracking.
- Camera / ML Data: Certain apps may request camera access (via MLKit Barcode Scanning) to scan codes locally.
3. Third-Party Services
Our applications may utilize third-party services that collect information used to identify you, provide backend infrastructure, or serve advertisements.
- Google AdMob (Play Services Ads): Some of our apps are monetized using AdMob, which may collect data to serve personalized ads.
- Firebase: We use various Firebase services including Crashlytics (for crash reporting), Cloud Messaging (for push notifications), Authentication, and Firestore across our app portfolio.
- Supabase: Used as a secure backend database, realtime engine, and authentication provider for our community apps.
- Mapbox: Used to provide mapping and location services within specific apps.
4. Data Deletion & Your Rights
You have full control over your data. For local-only apps, you can delete your data by clearing the app data or using in-app delete buttons. For apps requiring an account, you may request complete deletion of your account, profile, and associated user-generated content at any time directly through the app's settings menu or by contacting us.
