1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using any application published by Pablo Garcia Aldehuela (collectively referred to as the "Apps"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using any of the Apps.

2. User Accounts & Content

For apps that require account registration (such as community or social apps):

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
• You retain ownership of any content (text, quotes, comments) you submit, but you grant us a license to display it within the app ecosystem.
• We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content or suspend accounts that violate community guidelines, contain hate speech, spam, or abusive material.

3. Local & Premium Features

Some apps may offer premium subscriptions or one-time purchases to unlock features (e.g., removing ads). These transactions are securely processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For strictly local apps (like Parking Reminder), deleting the app will permanently delete all your saved local data.

4. Modifications to the Apps

We are committed to ensuring that the Apps are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Apps or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
