No Guarantee of Results: Historical hit rates, backtested returns, simulated yields, and track records displayed within the App represent retrospective statistical analyses and do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or representation of future performance.

User Sole Responsibility: Any decision to place a sports wager with a third-party bookmaker or sportsbook is made solely at your own independent risk, volition, and judgment. We do not encourage, endorse, or promote sports gambling. You should never bet money you cannot comfortably afford to lose.

Disclaimer of Financial Loss: Under no circumstances shall Pablo García Aldehuela be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or betting deficits incurred by you or any third party as a consequence of relying upon data, predictions, or metrics published in the App.

Optional Firebase Account: You may register an account using your email address and password, managed securely via Google Firebase Authentication. This enables synchronization of your saved bet logs, preference settings, and Pro entitlements across multiple Android devices.

Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at supportoliveodds@pablocoding.dev if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibited Activities: When using OliveOdds, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying mathematical formulas, models, or source code of the App.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract predictions, odds feeds, or database entries using automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Resell, sublicense, syndicate, commercially broadcast, or publicly redistribute predictions, Value Line metrics, or app content without prior written authorization.
• Circumvent, modify, or tamper with security controls, license verification routines, or subscription paywalls.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or impair the backend servers, APIs, or network infrastructure supporting the Service.

Account Deletion: You retain the statutory right under GDPR to delete your account and all associated bet tracking records at any time. You can execute immediate, irrevocable deletion in-app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing our support address.

Statutory Warranty: For consumer contracts regarding digital products and services, statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the provisions of German civil law (Sections 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code — Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB). We warrant that the digital service complies with the contractually agreed requirements and objective conformity standards.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous availability of our prediction servers and APIs. However, temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, telecommunication outages, or external sports data provider disruptions. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Limitation of Liability: Under statutory German law, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited strictly to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations, Kardinalpflichten), and damages are capped at the foreseeable, typical contractual damages. Any liability for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online platform for alternative dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration entity.
